Service Description

Meditation is very good tool to decrease depression, anxiety, and enhance peace! In this 21 day practice you will learn all different types of meditations. Buddhist philosophy, guided imagery, visualization, manifestation, and breath work. All it takes is practice my friend. If you're a well seasoned practitioner or a beginner that has never tried before, this is for you. Each morning from 9:00-9:15am EST you will log onto the private facebook page for this course and meditate. If you can't make the 9am session don't worry you can meditate at any time by watching the replay. Everyday there will be a new focus to create peace and harmony in your mind body and spirit. Over the course of the 21 day practice you will watch your life transform! You will feel more focused, calm, and ready to deal with anything that comes your way. This is how we Prime ourselves for the day to come! Meditating can be so fun, I will have your back! We will start on September 25th with the new moon phase and work our way through to the week after the Full moon! Using moon power to usher us to peace!
