This challenge is all about finding your happiness through shifting your thought process. You will learn breath work meditation, guided imagery meditation, yoga, light weightlifting with home weights 5 pounds and 10pounds, and manifesting by controlling your thought process! Your daily schedule will include short meditation tips you can do anywhere, short workouts that even the busiest person can handle, and ways to shift your thoughts so they work for you not against you. In four weeks you will be on top of the world! We will meet each week via zoom for 45 min and talk about the next weeks physical and mental challenge. We will go over self reflection in every area of life and I will coach you every step of the way! You will have several prerecorded workouts and meditations to choose from each day, guides on what to add to you diet not take away, and journaling prompts! Week one: Master your vibration and happiness what foods make you feel good Week two: Alignment with your higher self and Intuition Intuitive eating and reflection Week three: Let go of what is not serving you Add in fresh juices Week four: Manifest your true hearts desires journaling and hiking One on one sessions available for workouts or coaching.
